Do you feel unsettled with your internal world? Conflicting thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that leaving you knowing "this isn't really me". It might even remind you of dysfunctional family occasions with all the mind chatter!

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a process of making known your different parts so you can better understand yourself. But it doesn't stop there. Each part needs to be deeply known and understood for the true "Self" to have the ability to live the life you have been wanting to live.

When we are in internal (or external) conflicts, our parts engage in behavior to help protect us from possible threats. There is no such thing as a “bad part.” In session, we help parts discover their non-extreme roles in service to allowing your true Self to lead with confidence.
